Vitamin C is a 100% immunity booster, this helps in preventing diseases such as lupos, diabetes and many more that can alter the hair growth. Oranges, strawberries, kiwis, pineapples and tomatoes are rich in vitamin C.

The “B vitamins” are necessary for hair growth. This type of healthy vitamin is commonly found in fishes, lean meats, whole grains, eggs, fresh fruits, and dairy products such as milk. All B vitamins don’t build up inside the human’s body for they are water-soluble. Vitamin A is considered not water soluble and is capable of building up inside the human’s body.

  • Vitamins B-6 and B-12 are also proven to be nourishing in healthy hair growth.
  • Vitamin B-5 and Inositol can prevent hair loss and promote hair regrowth. Rich food sources include whole grains, liver and citrus fruits.
  • Biotin may also appear to be preventive in making the hair color turns to gray. Sources of biotin are: whole grains, egg yolks, liver, rice and milk.
